Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. announced the incorporation of its 50:50 Joint Venture Company, 'Mahindra Manulife Insurance Limited' (MMIL), with Manulife Holdings (Bermuda) Limited. The Certificate of Incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs was received on May 29th, 2026. MMIL will operate in the life insurance business, with each partner subscribing to 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, amounting to Rs. 50 Lakh, representing a 50% shareholding.
