The Board of Directors of RR Kabel Limited approved the redesignation of Shri Mahhesh Kabra and Shri Rajesh Kabra from Whole-time Directors (Executive Directors) to Joint Managing Directors, effective June 1, 2026. This change is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, and both will continue as Key Managerial Personnel.
