- CreditAccess Grameen has secured a USD 175 million syndicated social loan facility (External Commercial Borrowing under RBI automatic route). - The facility received participation from ten financial institutions across Asia, Middle East, and Africa, with Standard Chartered Bank and DBS Bank acting as Joint Mandated Lead Arrangers. - This marks the company's fifth successful ECB syndication, bringing total foreign borrowings mobilised to USD 640 million across 15 countries.

- CreditAccess Grameen Limited approved the allotment of 21,500 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to ₹215 crore on a private placement basis. - The NCDs have a face value of ₹1,00,000 each with a tenure of 24 months, maturing on September 30, 2028. - The coupon rate is fixed at 9.15% per annum, payable quarterly, and the debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited.

- Completed two Direct Assignment transactions aggregating to ₹260.64 Crore during September 2026. - The assigned pools qualify for Priority Sector treatment under RBI guidelines.
