- Trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed starting from 1st October, 2026. - Closure applies to all Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. - Trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2026.
