- Received NCLT Amaravati Bench order dated October 08, 2026. - Directed to convene meetings of Equity Shareholders and Unsecured Creditors. - Regarding the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Hinduja National Power Corporation Limited into GOCL Corporation Limited.

GOCL Corporation received an order from NCLAT, Chennai dated September 25, 2026. NCLAT allowed the appeal and set aside the NCLT Amravati bench's order dated July 30, 2026, which had dismissed the First Motion Scheme Application for the merger of Hinduja National Power Corporation into GOCL. NCLAT directed NCLT to appoint a Chairman and Scrutinizer, fix their remuneration, and prescribe a meeting schedule by October 5, 2026.

- GOCL has completed monetization of approximately 157 out of 264.50 acres of land at Kukatpally, Hyderabad. - The balance land is under mortgage for a loan availed by Hinduja National Power Corporation Limited (HNPCL), which HNPCL has largely repaid. - Discussions are underway with the lender to release the mortgaged land to expedite its monetization.
