- Gujarat Pipavav Port reported Q1 FY27 operational data (Apr-Jun 26 vs Apr-Jun 25). Containers handled increased marginally by 1.8% YoY to 168k TEUs. - However, dry bulk cargo decreased by 5.5% YoY to 0.52 Mn MT. Liquid cargo saw a significant decline of 42.1% YoY to 0.22 Mn MT. - Ro-Ro units were down 3% YoY to 65k units, and container trains handled decreased by 13.7% YoY.

- Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited's Board approved the appointment of Mrs. Harjeet Kaur Joshi as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, effective 1st July 2026, subject to shareholder approval. She was also appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee.
