Kundan Minerals and Metals Limited reported consolidated annual results for the year ended March 31, 2026. Revenue from Operations was ₹4,757.39 Cr vs ₹4,277.44 Cr (▲11.22% YoY), EBITDA was ₹139.30 Cr vs ₹154.19 Cr (▼9.66% YoY), and PAT was ₹108.15 Cr vs ₹127.94 Cr (▼15.47% YoY). EBITDA Margin contracted to 2.93% vs 3.60% (▼67 bps). The Board also approved the re-appointment of Internal Auditors.

Kundan Minerals and Metals Limited informed that Kundan Gold Mines Private Limited (KGMPL), formerly a subsidiary, has become an Associate Company following the allotment of 39,39,370 Compulsory Convertible Debentures (CCD) on March 30, 2026, and their subsequent conversion on May 20, 2026. Consequently, Kundan Minerals Care Private Limited, a subsidiary of KGMPL, also became an Associate Company. As of March 31, 2025, KGMPL reported NIL turnover and a net worth of ₹(43.68) Lakhs.

Kundan Minerals and Metals Limited announced the postponement of its Board Meeting, originally scheduled for May 18, 2026, to May 19, 2026. The postponement is due to ongoing discussions relating to the financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board will reconvene to further discuss and conclude the matter.
