Skipper Limited has issued an intimation regarding the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Account. This applies to shareholders who have not claimed their dividend for seven consecutive years, starting from the financial year 2018-19. Shareholders must claim their outstanding dividends and shares by August 20, 2026, otherwise, the shares will be transferred to the IEPF DEMAT Account.

Skipper Limited has intimated holders of physical securities about the mandatory requirement to furnish KYC details and nomination as per SEBI Master Circulars dated May 7, 2024, and June 10, 2024. The company advises that non-KYC compliant folios will not be eligible for dividends. Shareholders are requested to download the prescribed forms from the company or RTA website and submit them for compliance.

Skipper Limited announced a Board Meeting on June 3rd, 2026, to consider raising funds. The fundraising could involve issuing equity shares, debentures, warrants, preference shares, or other debt instruments through various modes like further public offer, rights issue, private placement, or Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The board will also fix the date for an Extra-ordinary General Meeting/Postal Ballot. The trading window for dealing in company securities is closed with immediate effect.

Skipper Limited's management will participate in the 360 ONE Capital (B&K) Annual Investor Conference - TRINITY INDIA 2026 on Friday, 29th May, 2026. The meeting will be held in physical mode.
