EBITDA Margin expanded from 11.37% to 12.40% (▲103bps). The decline in PAT was primarily due to higher deferred tax expenses pertaining to earlier years. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.00 per share and reported a significant reduction in outstanding qualified borrowings from ₹270.20 Cr at the start of FY26 to ₹154.97 Cr by year-end.
