- Vakrangee Limited allotted 4,12,500 equity shares to employees under the ESOP Scheme 2014 on September 15, 2026, at Rs. 2/- per share (Rs. 1/- face value + Rs. 1/- premium). - Post-allotment, the total issued and paid-up equity share capital increased to 1,083,604,307 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
