- Viyash Scientific Limited announced that its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Alivira Animal Health Limited, Ireland, has completed the acquisition of 100% share capital of BioForLife Italia S.r.l., Milan, Italy on October 1, 2026. - Base purchase consideration paid on closing is EUR 15.0 million along with the agreed reference net financial position. - Balance purchase consideration of EUR 1.976 million is payable as deferred consideration subject to adjustments. - Representatives of Alivira Animal Health Limited have been appointed to the Board of BFL Italy.
